Terms and Conditions – 388 Game | Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "the user," "you") and 388 Game ("388 Game," "we," "us," "the platform"). The Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means.

Access to and use of 388 Game is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and others who access the platform. By accessing or using 388 Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the platform.

388 Game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the platform and, where possible, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 388 Game, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, voluntarily or involuntarily, from 388 Game.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 388 Game or any of its affiliated companies.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 388 Game. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and all associated balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388 Game account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 388 Game will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 388 Game support immediately via live chat or at support@388game.click. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but we cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before you reported the issue.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 388 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank Transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your 388 Game balance promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. 388 Game does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to another person is not permitted. 388 Game reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a payment method belongs to the registered account holder. Deposits made from third-party payment methods will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

388 Game uses encrypted payment processing. We do not store card details in plain text. All payment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

Processing times by method are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 30 to 60 minutes of request submission.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1 to 2 hours.
• IBFT bank transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT; next business day otherwise.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 388 Game may require identity verification. This is standard procedure and applies to all accounts at various thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of your payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 days will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

388 Game does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

388 Game offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds expire and are removed from the account.
• Only real money wagers count toward meeting wagering requirements. Bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to the wagering calculation unless stated otherwise.
• Certain game types may contribute to wagering requirements at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are offered for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts or working with other players to exploit bonus conditions is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account suspension.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 388 Game are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where explicitly provided for by a specific game's rules (for example, cash-out features in sports betting where available).

In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects a game or betting market, 388 Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. In cases where a clear error in odds is published — for example, a match winner market offered at a substantially incorrect price due to a data feed error — 388 Game reserves the right to void the relevant bets at its discretion.

For sports betting markets, results are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this is the result as declared by the match officials at the conclusion of the match. For PSL, the official result as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) applies. In the event of a match being abandoned without a result, bets are voided and stakes returned unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been reached and the minimum over requirement for an official result has been satisfied.

For casino and card games including Teen Patti and Poker, game-specific rules are available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 388 Game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or those of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or any technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in card games (such as Teen Patti or Poker) to gain an unfair advantage over other players at the same table.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or affects the experience of other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

388 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Age or identity verification failure.
• Request by the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Monthly administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as notified in advance. Real money balances will be returned to the payment method on file upon account closure.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 388 Game support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

388 Game collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 388 Game, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

We collect only the personal information necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in accordance with current data protection standards.

11 Responsible Gaming

388 Game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from your account dashboard without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 388 Game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 388 Game or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 388 Game.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388 Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

388 Game does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.

In the event of a technical fault that affects the integrity of a game or bet, the maximum liability of 388 Game shall be limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected transaction. 388 Game accepts no liability for winnings that would hypothetically have been earned had a technical fault not occurred.

14 Amendments to These Terms

388 Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform homepage and, where possible, by sending an email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 388 Game following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 388 Game that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
